What is a 'Portfolio Rental'?

Portfolio rentals are exclusive, small-batch collections that are on-trend and represent our newest additions to expand our artificial flower rentals portfolio. Each collection featured on our site is displayed as a curated group of items within a gallery, showcasing the beauty and elegance of the entire suite. When you choose a portfolio rental, you are renting the entire collection as a package—no substitutions allowed. These rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exclusivity

We can only serve one bride at a time with our portfolio rentals, making them a truly exclusive option at the moment. In comparison to our rental line of Rental Suites, where we can accommodate multiple brides from a larger collection. Simply said, any Portfolio Rental is limited to one client per suite at a time.

What if I need more items?

If you desire additional items, they can be crafted as 'sisters' at our Custom Design pricing. This also means you would keep these pieces and not rent them. You can review these flat-rate costs on that page of our website. Any sister items made will maintain a similar aesthetic to the original, but with a different mixture of elements that complement the suite you see here.

Are the flowers better quality than the other pages on your website?

No way! We use the same trusted vendors to design everything across our collections—whether it’s our incredible regular rentals, custom designs, or our Portfolio Rentals. The quality remains top-tier across the board. The key difference with our Portfolio Rentals is that they are extremely limited in stock, and we don’t expand these suites beyond what is available in the package. What you see is exactly what’s offered, making them a unique and exclusive rental option for the bride who plans to rent it all with us!

What if I see a new collection I love after I book?

Are the flowers better quality than the other pages on your website?

Just like our regular rental offerings, you are welcome to switch suites at no change fees if you fall in love with a new collection we feature on this page. Keep in mind, all Portfolio Rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability is limited. Be sure to check back periodically, as we’re actively expanding this section of our shop with new designs!

You can book a custom-designed rental collection with us if your needs align with the item counts included in our Portfolio Rentals. This option allows you to have a uniquely curated suite based on your inspiration photos while still benefiting from the rental model. Since we will be designing specifically for you, this comes at a higher price point than our standard Portfolio Rentals. However, it remains a more cost-friendly alternative to a fully Custom Order, as the collection will ultimately be a rental we add to this page that currently doesn't exist.
