All orders ship via UPS Ground with tracking and coverage up to the purchase value—our most cost-friendly option unless upgraded or noted in your listing. Transit typically takes 2–6 days, but timing isn’t guaranteed. Expedited shipping is available for faster, more reliable delivery.
We package every order with care using sturdy boxes, packing paper, and/or bubble wrap to keep your items safe. Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier handling, but we’ll help file a claim if needed using your tracking number. The Faux Bouquets is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit. If an incorrect or undeliverable address is provided, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Signature Confirmation
Want extra peace of mind? Add signature confirmation for before your order ships. This upgrade ensures your package is handed directly to you (no doorstep drop-offs). Note: Someone must be home to sign, and delivery times can't be scheduled. The carrier will try up to three times before returning the package to us.
This service is an additional 20% of your order total. Typically, any Custom Order can take 4-6 weeks.
If our current completion timeline does not meet your needs, this service allows you to still order with us, even last minute! This fee is charged to cover purchasing your blooms at a higher cost since they are rushed to us and to cover our team for the hours needed to complete your order outside of our current design calendar.
We also suggest doubling up on an expedited shipping method to ensure transit time from us to you is met as well! Any rush order must be fully arranged and outlined beforehand.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, the most cost friendly (and typically slowest) of their services. However, if you desire expedited shipping to arrive on a guaranteed date or super quickly, we are happy to accommodate these requests, provide a quote, and ship via the expedited method of your choice.
Pricing varies, so to properly quote your expedited shipping, we would need to know which items and sizes you plan to order, along with your address that these would ship to. That info will allow us to plan the box(es) and shipping weight your order would be for an accurate quote.
We absolutely love designing statement centerpieces for home entryways, dining tables, and even office reception desks! We typically like to see a few pics of what you have in mind and we custom quote these after receiving photos. Book a phone call to get started and chat ideas with us! Afterwards you can leave it to us to fully arrange and shape in a gorgeous compote or vessel!
Just like many wedding vendors, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges, as we specially set aside materials and design time for each order. Or, if you've gone rentals and booked with us, then we made those florals unavailable to other brides. Since we have pretty quick turnaround times, we do not accept cancellations for any reason.
Custom and Rentals can be picked-up in our studio…our local friends can also book floral installs for weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, and other events you’re planning! We design super gorgeous grab-and-go Balloon Garlands and swags ...and even do setups with blooms included. We now offer Workshops too!
We have fully coordinated suites of absolutely stunning florals to rent and return! If you're a bride, we have everything to lush out your wedding party, tables, and arch! If you're planning a party, our centerpieces and greenery garlands are faux-bulous to decorate your tables!
By picking-up & returning to our studio, not only will you save on shipping (since we wouldn't be) you'd also get 15% OFF your order too! This would be for 5-day duration on your rentals.

We offer pick-up balloon garlands and clusters! These super popular, lightweight, and easy to install pieces are fantastic for bridal showers, baby showers, upscale birthday parties, celebrations, and rehearsal dinners! We customize them to your colors that are super affordable compared to most balloon artists, just because we love making them so much!

We proudly offer delivery to Loma Linda University Hospital and Redlands Community Hospital seven days a week, with same-day delivery available in most cases. Every order includes a personal notecard with your custom message. Please contact us directly to arrange your delivery, and we’ll ensure your floral needs are met promptly and with care.
These types of floral installs are done entirely on-site, due to the organic nature of custom fitting your faux florals to the unique design space your site requires. We absolutely have a one-on-one design consult at your location to discuss options, aesthetic and pricing. Your project will be carried out with attention to detail from start to finish! We love elevating your space with something intricate and impressive using high-end artificial floral stems, unique accents, and layers of foliage for texture!
