Specials & Promotions

Many ask if we do incentives for large orders. Although we absolutely enjoy lush orders, we rotate our specials to reach everyone regardless of order size!  We almost always are running some sort of promotion, so we would say to check our Welcome Banner, Instagram, Facebook and website where specials are advertised periodically. Specials or promotion codes cannot be combined. Typically, these deals last 3-7 days in duration.

Pricing Quotes

For easy budget planning, please visit the our Floral Menu page where you can review costs on the pretty items you may be interested in! For example, bridal and bridesmaid’s bouquets can be designed in a few varied sizes and costs to perfectly meet your floral design and budget goals.  Other pieces that are not listed on the Floral Menu (arches, wreaths, etc.) can easily be quoted if you send us a photo of what you have in mind.  With that photo, we’d be looking for the lushness you desire since that’s the cost factor, as the color palette is easy to change.

Custom Orders

We love designing after photos you have fallen in love with! Since we cannot make exact replicas of any single photo, we request your most favorite 3 inspiration photos of bouquets you have fallen in love with that you want your order designed after.  From those photos, we will design your pieces after a combination of those pics for color palette and finished style! We do require three photos, as that will help us solidly grasp your design goals! From the Floral Menu you would need to let us know what items and quantities you are wanting to order, as that would be outlined in your custom order, along with the inspiration photos you send us. Once your order is purchased we then handcraft everything up for you!

Optional Upgrades

We also have optional upgrade services that you may be interested in!  Please read below where you can review the details for each service we currently offer.  Some upgrades provide you completion photos and a round of alterations prior to shipping your order, while others are rush services that most often can be completed within 1-2 weeks.  If you have another idea for an upgrade we currently do not provide, please let us know!  We love hearing wonderful ideas from shoppers as to how we can serve you best!

"New" Sections

Recently we started a new type of section, which are outlined with the word “NEW”.  These sections are brand new pieces that incorporate our latest stems.  We typically offer these sections at a reduced price.  Also, these items are ready-to-ship in usually just a few short days (but please refer to the current turnaround time at checkout for the most updated shipping time).   This section has been very well received, so please know once an item is sold out, remakes are made as similarly as possible and at regular pricing.

Returns & Exchanges

Please know, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, as we specially set aside materials and design time for each order.

Shipping Information

CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

Orders are shipped with tracking and coverage (purchase value) via FedEx Ground, the most cost friendly of FedEx's services.  FedEx Ground deliveries typically take 3-5 business days Monday thru Friday, but this transit time is not guaranteed.  If you desire expedited shipping services that include weekends with guaranteed dates of delivery, please let us know prior to purchase, as we are happy to accommodate these requests and provide a quote.  Orders are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes with packing paper inside to keep items safe during transit.  Your order is guaranteed to be in perfect condition when we drop off your package for shipping. However, after it is out of our tender loving care, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for how the package is handled.  If a claim is needed in an unfortunate event, The Faux Bouquets (as the sender) will use the tracking and/or customs numbers to initialize and input the claim to FedEx and The Faux Bouquets is not responsible.  If your package ships to an undeliverable or incorrect address, you are responsible for any costs to resend or redirect the package.  We do not ship on holidays.  

OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

We welcome outside of the continental United States shoppers!  Our shop will allow you to purchase our items, but the shipping costs we advertise do not cover outside of the continental United States shipping fees.  Because of this, we will send you a shipping invoice for any additional shipping costs that are associated with your postal code.   We are happy to provide you a shipping quote before you order with us.  Simply, let us know the destination postal code and the pieces you'd be looking to order, as that will allow us to accurately provide a quote based on the box size and weight of the shipment.  Most packages take 5-9 days for FedEx Economy Air deliveries.  We can also provide quotes on expedited shipping services if you desire.  Orders are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes with packing paper inside to keep items safe during transit.  Your order is guaranteed to be in perfect condition when we drop off your package for shipping. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

If you would like signature confirmation service for the delivery of your package, this is a $7 upgrade that needs to be requested prior to shipping your order.  This service will require a direct signature and personal hand-off upon delivery to ensure your package is not left on your doorstep by FedEx.

Extra Details (with Refundable Upgrade Fees)

EXTRA DETAILS SERVICE (with Refundable Upgrade Fees)

Cost | Additional 20% of Order Total + $10 for Photos


This upgrade is for customers who want upgraded service or *alterations allowed for their order.  With our “Extra Details” upgrade service you will receive a few extra perks other clients do not receive with their purchase, such as:

  1. Photos of your order when it's fully designed.  
  2. Your completion photos are sent within the timeline your listing is purchased and advertised for. (see #5)
  3. We will wait a full 24 hours to hear your “approval to ship” or “let’s make some alterations”.
  4. You will be allowed one (1) round of *alterations on your order.
  5. When the alterations are completed, we will send you a new set of completion photos within one week (so factor this one-week turnaround time after your original listing is due by).
  6. We will wait another full 24 hours to hear your “approval to ship” or “let’s make some alterations”.  However, a second round of alterations will result in a new fee to cover the additional time and materials need for the new requests, based on what is requested.


*Alterations 

DO include: 

• trimming out any disliked blooms, accents, or foliage’s

• making an addition of one new accent or foliage – but not new focal bloom

• exchanging one focal bloom to a completely new style of focal bloom, as that does not alter ordered sizing

• changing stem ribbon wrappings to a new color from our Classic Collection

• requested alternations completed within one (1) week


DO NOT include: 

• making an addition (not exchange) of a new focal bloom, as that would alter ordered sizing

• changing stem ribbon wrappings to colors outside our Classic Collection or adding on laces, pearls or other “upgrade” stem wrappings

• a complete remake of your order

• a refund for your order


FULLY REFUNDABLE "EXTRA DETAILS" UPGRADE FEES

All of our items are specially shopped and designed for which is why all purchases are final. However, this program is the ONLY refundable purchase we allow, and that is …your “Approval to Ship”!  Our goal is to design your order just as you envisioned the very first time!  In regards to what we call a “Win-Win", we will fully refund your “Extra Details” upgrade fee if you “approve to ship” without any alteration requests.  That’s right, if we made everything just dreamy on round one, then we will return your upgrade fee back to you as a thank you for saving us time and materials – as that really is what the “Extra Details” costs are collected for in the first place.

HOW TO PURCHASE THIS UPGRADE

If our advertised timeline does not work for your needs, we do offer Rush Completion service for an additional 30% of your order total.  Rush orders can often be completed in sometimes as little as a one-week turnaround time.  Our Rush Completion calendar openings are very limited and are secured by a special listing The Faux Bouquets sets up for you that will outline a specific date of completion on our end and the shipping method that you decide on. 


In many cases, your order also will need to be shipped via a FedEx expediated service, as this too will guarantee a date of delivery for your order, since FedEx Ground (most cost friendly shipping method) is an "expected, but not guaranteed" date of arrival.  To properly quote your expedited shipping, please let us know which items and sizes you were wanting to order, along with your postal code that these will ship to.  


This listing is very important, as it is the only way we can distinguish your rush-order from regular-order timeframes.  Please know, our Rush Completion upgrade cannot be combined with our Extra Details upgrade under any circumstance due to quick turnaround time constraints.

All orders are shipped via the most cost friendly (and typically slowest) of FedEx's services.  However, If you desire expedited shipping services with guaranteed dates of delivery, please let us know prior to purchase, as we are happy to accommodate these requests, provide a quote, and ship via the expedited method of your choice.
