We excitingly offer Custom Listings to perfectly meet your style goals and order size needs! Each listing is specially outlined and set-up, personal to you. Since we (or even a fresh florist) cannot make exact replicas of any single photo, we request three favorite bridal bouquet inspiration photos that you love and want your order designed after. We design everything after a blend of those inspo pics for color palette and finished style, and aesthetic. Essentially, those three photos should be inspiration to what you envision your set designed after!
We send you a direct link where you can easily review order details and make your purchase via many accepted payment methods. Orders are paid upfront with us, as we use that money to order blooms special for you and secure your spot on our design calendar!
We understand many brides have special requests for design preferences. Verbally naming colors, specific types of flowers to be incorporated, or other similar requests are not something we typically do, as they open more interpretation than the photos alone. We do not want to promise something we cannot guarantee to deliver with any specific requests.
Essentially, we “blend” your three inspiration photos to create one-of-a-kind items, just like a fresh florist would. Those photos give us a solid idea of flower types you love, accent and foliage balance, shapes, and more. Simply put, we design everything after a combination of those pics for color palette and finished style. We really want to only attach photos to your listing that ultimately grasp “the family of photos" of what you would love to receive in the end.
We currently do not design arch specific pieces. Often, these super lush pretties are “installation” pieces, meaning they are assembled on-site the day of.
For suggestions on decorating your arch, we recommend ordering floral garlands, as these strands can be layered together for a lush and layered look, either end-on-end, or overlapping for a super-lusciously look!
Our garlands also double nicely to serve as table-décor, so many clients order these for lining tables or swaged on sweetheart tables at the reception.

Want to design your bridal bouquet with our expertise from the very start? We offer a custom, exclusive design experience for 30-minutes directly with the shop owner! In this session, she will video chat with you, show you our incredible blooms, and end with a mock version of what your bridal bouquet can look like!
This service is an experience. Meaning, no bridal bouquet or physical item is included. This $50 fee covers the personal time spent with you, so that you can see the potential your order can have in color palette, exact bloom choices, the variety of accents, and foliage balanced to perfection from the very beginning...before placing an actual order!
If you want just a bridal bouquet, awesome. If you want a full collection, we can design everything off of the bridal bouquet we designed together so it perfectly coordinates!
We connect over Google Duo, a totally free app, just a quick download, and just uses your phone number. No account setup needed. You can delete it right after we hangout, haha!
One of the amazing things about artificial florals is that you can see your finished pieces before your wedding day, unlike a fresh florist who surprises you same day! If you would like to see completion photos before your order ships out, then this $25 upgrade is something to consider. With this upgrade, we will provide you photos of your pieces for approval to ship. We wait 48 hours for a response, so if we do not hear from you, then we will assume they are just perfect and ship your way!
If you happen to desire any alterations, you are responsible for any costs associated with the changes and/or remakes of your pieces. We cannot guarantee what these costs will be, as of course, alterations depend on your requests. Obviously, if you change your overall color palette…it’s kind of a new order, duh! However, this is a nice option if you want to tweak your order such as adding a bit more greenery to maybe your bridal bouquet, exchanging a larger focal bloom for another type of flower, sizing up your bridal bouquet, changing your ribbon wrap, or whatever you might think of to perfectly meet your detail goals! If there are alterations, plan on up to an additional week past your completion date for these to be completed.
Any items that require a ribbon finish will be completed with our Antique White ribbon at no additional cost. It's a perfect blend between white and ivory, if you ask us!
If you prefer another color, we offer this at a flat fee for $10, regardless of quantity of items you order, as we special order these other ribbon colors. We have a ribbon chart of some popular choices, so just ask us if you want some inspiration!
We also offer flowy, trailing ribbon for our bridal and bridesmaids’ bouquets! Bridal bouquets would have 12” long ribbon and bridesmaids at 8” long. This upgrade costs $5 per bouquet that you desire the trailing ribbon.
This service is an additional 20% of your order total. If our current completion timeline does not meet your needs, this service allows you to still order with us, even last minute! This fee is charged to cover purchasing your blooms at a higher cost since they are rushed to us and to cover our team for the hours needed to complete your order outside of our current design calendar.
We also suggest doubling up on an expedited shipping method to ensure transit time from us to you is met as well! Any rush order must be fully arranged and outlined within your custom listing invoice details.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, the most cost friendly (and typically slowest) of FedEx's services. However, if you desire expedited shipping to arrive on a guaranteed date or super quickly, we are happy to accommodate these requests, provide a quote, and ship via the expedited method of your choice.
Pricing varies, so to properly quote your expedited shipping, we would need to know which items and sizes you plan to order, along with your postal code that these would ship to. That info will allow us to plan the box(es) and shipping weight your order would be for an accurate quote.
If you would like signature confirmation service for the delivery of your package, this needs to be requested prior to shipping your order because we cannot add-on after the package leaves our shop. This $5 upgrade service will require a direct signature and personal hand-off upon delivery to ensure your package is not left on your doorstep by FedEx. Positively, this ensures your faux florals are safely handed to you. Sort of not cool, you have to be home when they try to deliver. They typically attempt 3 times before shipping back to us. We cannot schedule a timeframe for delivery, so they come, when they come!

Custom Orders are currently being setup with a 3 week turnaround time. This would be from purchase date to when we complete your order. Shipping from us to you takes approximately 1 week.
We do offer Rush Completion and Expediated Shipping upgrades!
Now, if you are after a solo Bridal Bouquet (and even a single bout) one very popular upgrade is our "Thirty Minute Custom Design Experience". With this specific upgrade, we are happy to waive any Rush Completion fees, complete within 1-3 business days, and ship your way! As, with this awesome experience your bouquet would be pretty much ready-to-ship after video chatting with our shop owner! It's very special, as you essentially design your dream keepsake bouquet together, right out of what we have in our floral buckets!
We absolutely love designing statement centerpieces for home entryways, dining tables, and even office reception desks! We typically like to see a few pics of what you have in mind and we custom quote these after receiving photos. It is pretty popular to schedule our 30-minute design consult, as we can build together your dream collection of blooms, accents, and foliage's! Afterwards you can leave it to us to fully arrange and shape in a gorgeous compote or vessel!
Orders are shipped with tracking and coverage (purchase value) via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, the most cost friendly of FedEx's services (unless otherwise upgraded or outlined within your listing). These deliveries typically take 3-7 business days to arrive, but this transit time is not guaranteed, which is why we offer expedited shipping methods that come with quicker expected dates of delivery.
Orders are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes with packing paper and/or bubble wrap inside to keep items safe during transit. Your order is guaranteed to be in perfect condition when we drop off your package for shipping. However, after it is out of our tender loving care, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for how the package is handled. If a claim is needed in an unfortunate event, we (as the sender) will use the tracking number to initialize and input the claim to FedEx and The Faux Bouquets is not responsible. Of course, if your package ships to an undeliverable or incorrect address, you are responsible for any costs to resend or redirect the package.
Just like many custom wedding vendors, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as we specially set aside materials and design time for each order. Since we have pretty quick turnaround times, we do not accept cancellations for any reason.
